The hotel was fairly clean with neat and freshly decorated rooms and accommodating staff. The English breakfast was a bonus. Excellent service was provided here. Besides, my parking was on street. It was in a very central location, to get there from the bus station. Apart from that, North Shore was 10 minutes away by driving.
